With my roots planted in street and documentary photography, my approach to weddings is rooted in candid authenticity and a desire to honour the story that is uniquely yours. Whether witnessing the beauty in the fleeting moments shared amongst you and your loved ones, or collaborating with you as a couple to create portraits that feel natural and true, the goal is for you to live this once-in-a-lifetime day to the fullest, while I create work that will allow you to relive it. While my personal work is created on 35mm film, I photograph weddings using both film and digital, choosing the medium or combination of the two that best serves your vision, the pace of the day, and your budget. Regardless of format, I love to challenge myself to use light, colour, and composition to elevate even the most mundane of moments into something remarkable.
